I am a mother, a grandmother, a friend who loves to make Georgian food and gather everyone around the table. Over 50 years, I have continued cooking traditions and recipes passed down from many generations. Now that my kids and grandkids have grown and I am no longer working, I have more time to share what I know and love with even more people and especially enjoy sharing it with visitors to our country. I believe that Georgian food is a great insight to our culture and being. Hope you will enjoy my class and hope you will take out to the world a bit of my experience.
