One of the founders of Nana’s Kitchen is vegan. Therefore, it was important for us to ensure that we showcase that one can experience Georgian cuisine and get to know its vegan side. Do not worry, it has plenty to offer, more than you would expect and the dishes are so unique, so delicious, that they will inevitably become part of your vegan credo of deliciousness, sustainable living, and health.
You will learn 4 dishes in this class.
The course starts with a glass of Georgian homemade wine from our family vineyards and a short introduction on the meaning of Supra, the origins of Georgian cuisine and key influences on its development. Next we will move on to the kitchen, roll up our sleeves and start crafting the dishes. The class will conclude with a dinner, which, if you choose, will be conducted in a traditional manner of Supra (the Georgian feast). Alternatively, if you want your own time with friends, we will leave you to enjoy the feast and have it your own way to yourselves.
