We have heard many vegetarians say that Georgia, despite having a big meat culture, is heaven for vegetarians since it offers such a variety of meatless dishes to choose from. In this class, you will learn how to make a five-course Georgian meal consisting of all vegetarian dishes.

The course starts with a glass of Georgian homemade wine from our family vineyards and a short introduction on the meaning of Supra, the origins of Georgian cuisine and key influences on its development. Then, we will move on to the kitchen, roll up our sleeves and start crafting the dishes. The class will conclude with a dinner, which, if you choose, will be conducted in a traditional manner of Supra (the Georgian feast). Alternatively, if you want your own time with friends, we will leave you to enjoy the feast and have it your own way to yourselves.
